Club Fitt Express is currently pursuing new franchise locations in existing markets and other select areas throughout Canada. Future Homes & Real Estate Ltd. Brokerage works exclusively with Club Fitt Express for the evaluation, selection and negotiation of all potential new locations and franchise operators. The Club Fitt Express franchise system is quite simple, an approved franchise operator pays Club Fitt Express corporate a one time fee currently set at $10,000. Canadian per location plus an on going fee of $.99 per active member per month payable each quarter.
In general, Club Fitt Express looks for neighbourhood oriented locations in established, upper end areas. Their ideal size is 7,500 sq.ft., but they will consider sites from 5,000 to 15,000 sq.ft. Unlike most fitness/gym facilities, Club Fitt Express is simple, open and bright. They have a non-invasive build-out with no unnecessary waterfalls, swimming pool, whirlpools, saunas or rock climbing elements. The Club Fitt Express operations platform will operate well in a shopping centre environment that draws an average of 3,000 trips a week (which are predominantly women) with a parking turnover of approximately 30-45 minutes.
