Each Master
Member joining is entitled to one half (1/2) hour orientation. Household
family add on members should refer to our
personal training page or
their master member for a personal orientation.
Work with our personal trainers or exercise on your own, while listening to
entertaining background music. Need help with your diet or exercise plan?
Our personal trainers will provide individual guidance for improving your
diet and getting the most out of your exercise routine.
Routine exercise results in amazing health benefits. You’ll have
strengthened muscles, increased flexibility & stronger bones. You’ll feel
better & have more energy. Plus, you’ll improve your productivity — which
means you’ll get more done in less time.
*NOTE: Any member joining under the age of 18 must undergo at minimum
five (5) x ˝ hour coaching sessions to learn the operations and safety
aspects of the gym equipment to satisfy our Insurance Company.
