Interval circuit training is safe, effective and easy to learn and our 30 minute circuit training program is perfect for women of all ages and fitness levels. Our state of the art resistance based selectorized equipment is particularly suited to women with joint or back problems because of it’s adjustable plane of movement and range of motion, as it was originally designed for the rehabilitation sector. The equipment works only to the level of weight and strength you select; the danger of injury from too much weight on traditional fitness equipment is eliminated.

The women’s circuit training room provides you with video & audio enjoyment, instructional programs, personalized coaching if required and motivation! Regular interval circuit training programs are proven to help burn body fat, increase lean body mass, and tone and firm your body quicker than an aerobic only program while still building cardiovascular endurance. You can obtain three times the results in one-tenth the time! Strengthening muscles provides joint stability and helps fight osteoporosis.
